Loyalty Program Terms of Service - Encore Beauty Supply Rewards

  1. Introduction
    By enrolling in or participating in the Encore Beauty Supply Rewards Program (the "Program"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. Should you disagree with any part of these Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue participation in the Program.
  2. Eligibility Criteria
    Participation in the Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have an active and approved customer account on our website. The Program is void where prohibited by law, and participants are responsible for ensuring their compliance with local regulations.
  3. Ways to Earn Points
    Upon joining the Program, participants will accrue points based on qualifying activities, which include, but are not limited to, purchases, referrals, and specific promotional actions, as detailed on the Program information page. The accrual, redemption, and specifics of these Rewards are subject to change at our discretion.
  4. Non-Transferability of Rewards
    Rewards earned through the Program are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other substitutes unless specifically permitted by the Program terms. The sale, barter, transfer, or assignment of any accumulated Rewards, other than by us, is expressly prohibited.
  5. VIP Tiers
    The Program includes tiered membership levels based on annual spending:
  • Bronze Tier: $0 - $1,999
  • Silver Tier: $2,000 - $4,999
  • Gold Tier: $5,000+

Tier Renewal & Expiration:

  • Tier status is evaluated annually. For example, if you earn a tier in 2024, you will retain that status through 2025. To maintain your tier for 2026, you must meet the corresponding spending threshold during 2025.
  • If the spending threshold is not met, your tier level will be adjusted downward to reflect your actual spending.

Tier benefits include exclusive discounts, quarterly promotions, and other perks detailed on the Program page.

  1. Program Restrictions
    Participants may not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activities to manipulate the accumulation or redemption of Points. Prohibited activities include creating multiple accounts, submitting false reviews, or abusing the referral system. We reserve the right to monitor activity and take appropriate action, including adjusting Points or terminating accounts.
  2. Adjustments and Termination
    Encore Beauty Supply reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Changes to the Program structure, benefits, or eligibility criteria will be communicated via updates to these Terms or direct notifications.
  3. Expiration of Points
    Points earned in the Program Expire one year (365 days) after they have been earned.
  4. Limitation of Liability
    Encore Beauty Supply is not responsible for errors, omissions, or interruptions in the administration of the Program, including technical issues or discrepancies in Point balances. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Encore Beauty Supply is headquartered. Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising under or relating to the Program.
