How to Use

Apply conditioner in the AM just above your upper eyelash line on clean, dry skin (swipe it on like eyeliner!). Use one dip per eye. Allow 1-2 minutes for the conditioner to dry. Once you’ve reached your max lash potential, use 2-3 times per week to maintain your look.
